The emitter is a company focused on procurement of capital at the public fixed income of the Russian Federation for financing needs of CNRG Group .

Emitter “Capsian Energy Finance” LLC is a part of CNRG Group.

The foundation of CNRG Group was aimed at consolidation of service companies which work at oil and gas industry at inner and outer markets for management of projects on offshore facilities construction for field development, i.e. offshore shipbuilding commencing from 2001.

The strategic aim of CNRG Group is revival and strengthening of Russian position of design and construction of complex offshore facilities and especially for the Caspian Sea. Meantime CNRG Group also plans to extend the geographical presence of its business. Focusing on professional and efficient project management and the use of the latest technology and quality engineering components gives us the opportunity to expand worldwide, at the Persian Gulf or the Gulf of Mexico, for instance.
